By downloading and using FlowLeaf, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description

FlowLeaf is a productivity application designed to help users manage tasks, build habits, and improve focus. The app is available as a free download with optional Pro features available via in-app purchase.

Free Plan

The free plan includes:

• Up to 5 active tasks
• Up to 3 tasks created per day
• Up to 2 focus sessions per day
• Up to 2 active habits
• Basic progress tracking

Pro Plan

Pro is a one-time in-app purchase via the Apple App Store that unlocks:

• Unlimited tasks
• Unlimited focus sessions
• Unlimited habits with history
• Leaf rewards and collection
• Full focus session messages
• AI-powered features (when available)

Purchases & Payments

• All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store using StoreKit 2.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Pro is a one-time purchase — no recurring subscription.
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policy.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you create within FlowLeaf (tasks, habits, focus records). All data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, transmit, or store your content on any server.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to bypass, modify, or circumvent any license validation or feature restrictions.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose.

Intellectual Property

FlowLeaf, its design, graphics, and underlying code are the intellectual property of the developer. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.

Disclaimer of Warranties

FlowLeaf is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of FlowLeaf.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

Termination

You may stop using FlowLeaf at any time by deleting the app from your device. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
